• The Lodge “Top Chef” Challenge

  Nothing captures the essence of the lodge as much as a great cocktail hour. Friends and colleagues mingling and laughing over great wine, perfectly mixed drinks and amazing food in an atmosphere that lends itself to comfort and ease. Your challenge….. divided into teams, you will prepare the hors d’ourves for the evening’s cocktail hour. Each team must prepare two separate, yet equally important components to a successful cocktail hour – the “passed” hors d’oeurve and the “stationary” hors d’oeurve.

• Food & Wine Olympics

  Test your food and wine skills in battle of the senses...Break down a chicken, Indentify food in a blind tasting, correctly identify wine varietals, answer our Food/Wine Trivia questions, recognize herbs & spices just from the scent, compose a salad, perfectly ice a cake, carve vegetables, mix a perfect drink, Or master any of the other challenges we offer you...???
