A Gentle Reset is a thoughtfully curated, overnight self-care experience designed for anyone who spends their time caring for others. This inclusive Saturday into Sunday retreat invites guests to slow down, re-center, and receive care—without expectations or obligations. The focus is on rebalancing energy after a busy summer and preparing for the season ahead.

EVENT ITINERARY
Saturday, July 25
9am | Spa Open for Appointments
1pm | Welcome in the Meeting House
A brief opening sets the tone for rest, presence, and receiving
1:15-2pm | Yoga Session lead by Spa Director Amanda Myers
2-3pm | Sound Bath
An immersive sound bath session with singing bowls, chimes, and gentle tones. Focus is on releasing tension from the busy summer months and resetting mind and body. Guests lie on mats with blankets and props provided. Optional soft lighting and aromatherapy enhance the experience.
3-3:30pm | Reflection & Journaling
6:30pm | Family Style Dinner
Seasonal, light, beautifully presented family style dinner. Guests are encouraged to eat mindfully and enjoy the environment. Optional soft conversation or solo time is welcomed.
Sunday, July 26
7-8am | Morning Walk in the Woods & Closing Intention
Guided walk in the Maryville College Woods to reflect, ground and exercise to start the day.
8-10am | Breakfast at Leisure
10am | Spa Open for Appointments
