Celebrate Tennessee Whiskey Week with a special whole hog roast by Pitmaster Sam Jones and Chef Trevor Stockton featuring Nelson’s GReen BRier on may 8.

Third generation pitmaster Sam Jones of Sam Jones BBQ and the famous Skylight Inn was named a 2018 James Beard Foundation Awards Semifinalist for “Best Chef: Southeast” and published the cookbook Whole Hog BBQ: The Gospel of Carolina Barbecue. Inspired by his family’s legacy and hard work, Sam has dedicated his life to the art of making traditional Eastern North Carolina-style pork barbecue.

Be our guest Wednesday, May 8 to enjoy an evening in the Sperry Tent with Tennessee-based Nelson’s Green Brier alongside Sam Jones and Trevor Stockton. Sample a selection of Tennessee whiskies as dinner is prepared over an open fire.
