Think of it as your personal estate for as long as you want to stay

Concealed in a forest on an historic college campus but just minutes from a regional airport, metropolitan Knoxville, and the Great Smoky Mountains, RT Lodge is an ideal destination for your wedding, your corporate meeting, or any other special event you wish to make memorable. From the moment you arrive after a peaceful drive down our winding country lane, you’re welcomed into a world all your own—a haven than allows you and others to come together and connect, escape and celebrate. It’s an unforgettable experience. . . and we think that’s exactly what our guests are looking for.

Amenities

With French doors that open onto the terraces and windows that showcase the surrounding woods, the common areas in The Lodge House are perfect places to gather with family and friends or enjoy the company of a colleague in a casual and comfortable setting.

We have furnished these relaxing and comfortable spaces with overstuffed sofas and soft-leather club chairs, beautiful fabrics, antiques and artifacts. There are plenty of areas where groups can gather—plus private corners for intimate discussions.

However your group likes to socialize, The Lodge provides the perfect venue. We believe you’ll find the overall combination of comfort, style, and seclusion to be just right.

"Superb hospitality!"

I stay here for work trips and I'm so grateful to have this lovely place as a respite. The grounds are always so beautiful and well maintained. And I look forward to breakfast each morning. Superb hospitality all the way around!

"Out of a storybook."

When you go to RT Lodge you feel like you are so far away from it all, yet it is very close to all that Maryville has to offer. The grounds are so relaxing, the wooded ceremony site is perfection and the permanent tent looks like it is out of a storybook.

"Youthful vitality & refinement."

“Where else can you find a hidden location in a small college mountain town, that captures the lodge life of a long ago period mixed with youthful vitality and refinement? You'll go for the relaxation and possible corporate team building experience, but you will leave knowing how you want to live life with others both at work and at home."
